For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for an (Senior) Associate Admin & Payroll (m/f/d) for our Berlin office in order to support our business units in Germany.

This job is full-time and unlimited.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for preparing and processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls incl. payroll management and follow-up activities with SAP-HCM
- Supports standard payroll activities for a dedicated group of employees and steps in as backup in case of vacation and sick leaves
- Key User SAP-HCM (PA/PY): identifies needs, creates change requests, aligns implementation with IT, external providers and process testing
- Key contact for HR reporting for Germany, develops a standard reporting catalogue and delivers accordingly, provides ad-hoc reports on demand
